CFS-F(M) is a series of low viscosity and medium viscosity dimethyl silicone oils. Low viscosity dimethyl silicone oils are colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-sticky, non-toxic, non-irritating and transparent liquids. These oils are also well-known as Polydimethylsiloxane, or PDMS. Co-Formula dimethyl silicone oils with low viscosity are generally used for skin care products, make-up products, hair care products, special products such as antiperspirants, etc.

Applications:
CFS-F(M) can be used in several industries. It is widely used in motors, electrical appliances and electronic instruments as an insulating medium for temperature resistance, arc corona resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and dust resistance. It is used as liquid shockproof and damping material in various precision machinery, instruments and meters. The shock absorption performance of 201 methyl silicone oil is less affected by temperature, and it is mostly used in the instruments of aircraft and automobiles in the occasions with strong mechanical vibration and large changes in ambient temperature.

CFS-F(M) can be used as sewing thread smoothing agent. Methyl silicone oil is widely used in oil for fiber raw silk and raw cotton, oil for spinning, and smoothing agent for sewing thread. The oil used for raw silk and raw cotton is low viscosity methyl silicone oil, generally 10 viscosity.The smoothing agent for sewing thread is medium and high viscosity methyl silicone oil, generally 500 viscosity silicone oil is used. Using the thermal stability and low viscosity-temperature coefficient of methyl silicone oil, a spinning oil made of antistatic agent, emulsifier and other oils is used in the spinning process of nylon and polyester to prevent spinning. During the process, when the extremely thin monofilament bundle is ejected from the spinneret and when it is rapidly wound up, wire breakage and loosening caused by electrification occur. When melting and preventing the wire, the nozzle should also be treated with methyl silicone oil to prevent the wire from being broken due to the adhesion of carbide or melt.

CFS-F(M) can be used as defoamer. Due to its low surface tension, insoluble in water, good chemical stability and non-toxicity, dimethyl silicone oil has been widely used as a defoamer in petroleum, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking and other industries. The secondary processing of silicone oil can also produce defoamer emulsion, which is used in water-based systems.

CFS-F(M) can be used for insulation, dustproof, anti-mildew coating. Dip coating a layer of 201 methyl silicone oil on the surface of glass and ceramics, and heat treatment at 250-300 ºC, a semi-permanent waterproof, mildew-proof and insulating film can be formed.
