CFS-955 Chloromethyltriethoxysilane is a chlorine-containing compound, which always acts as an important intermediate for the preparation of functional silanes and silicone compounds. It"s also known as triethoxychloromethylsilane. CFS-955 can react violently with compounds containing active hydrogen and release hydrogen chloride. It is a key raw material for the synthesis of CFS-765, Phenylaminomethyltriethoxysilane with Cas No. 3473-76-5 and CFS-479, Diethylaminomethyltriethoxysilane with Cas No. 15180-47-9.
