CFS-765, (N-Phenylamino)methyltriethoxysilane is a phenylamino functional silane with three ethoxy hydrolysable groups. It is a well-known alpha silane which mainly acts as a coupling agent to improve the bonding performance between organic polymers and inorganic substrates.

Applications
CFS-765 can be used as an adhesion promoter, a coupling agent and a water scavenger in coating and sealants industries.
CFS-765 can be used to improve the adhesion between RTV silicone rubbers and various inorganic materials such as metal, glass, ceramic, cement and plastics. As an adhesion promoter and crosslinking agent, it can significantly enhance the mechanical properties and electrical properties.
CFS-765 can be used to improve strength and mechanical properties in phenolic resin bonded grinding wheels
CFS-765 can be used for the treatment of glass fiber and improve the strength in glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) composites.
CFS-765 can be used as a binder in the process of silane modified polymers synthesis.
CFS-765 can be used to improve the adhesion of epoxy resins for electronic application.
